Weird Al Yankovic does Robin Thicke
Updated | By Rory Petzer
Grammar Nazis come a little closer. We have something that might make you smile and dance and laugh and sing. After checking it for errors, you might even share it.
The notorious 'Weird Al' Yankovic is back with a parody of Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" that will make grammar sticklers jump with joy.
We know the song came out last year, but we stumbled upon it again earlier while trying to find help for our fellow grammar Nazi, Rory!
Yankovic takes a grammatically flawless and catchy dig at common spelling and grammar errors, as well as textisms and incorrect word forms.
You might even learn something from this video, as some of the errors he points out are pretty common.
One thing is for sure, you'll be laughing by the end.
The Drive Team's favourite line: "Go back to pre-school, get out of the gene pool."
Do you consider yourself a grammar Nazi? Do you find yourself scanning everything for errors?
Do textisms annoy you OR they an acceptable way of making things shorter and simpler?
