VIDEO: Buffalo flips lion into air
Take a look at this astounding footage of a buffalo flipping a lion high into the air in order to save one of his herd - who was under attack.
The footage, which was uploaded earlier this month by YouTube user Barcroft TV, was shot by 52-year-old Ian Matheson during a game drive with his teenage son, Oliver, and two of Oliver's friends in the Mjejane Reserve on the border of the Kruger Park.
Keep your eye on the footage at around 1.00, when the wing-man arrives after the action ;)
According to Barcroft TV, all the animals walked away from the encounter without major injury.
Incredible!
