The truth about beer goggles
Ever take home a ten and wake up with a two - and in the morning you wonder why, how and when it happened?
Ever wondered how you went home with a 10 but woke up with 2? Well as T-Pain once said, Blame it on the Alcohol. It turns out that beer goggles are in fact a real thing.
Often when I'm out with friends, I'll walk into a bar/club and see a group of girls and think to myself, "never in a million years" but after a couple of Southern Comforts, they become a group of Victoria Secret Models... and I become Christian Grey.
Well guess what? Science has proved alcohol does indeed make you more attractive...to a certain extent, anyway.
And here's why:
1. It makes you more relaxed, this includes your face, and when your facial muscles are more relaxed you generally look more attractive.
2 Your pupils become dilated and this makes it more appealing to people who are looking into your eyes.
3. If you have pale skin, alcohol adds rosiness to your cheeks giving you that cute factor.
So before a ladies' or guys' night out on the town, make sure you have pre-drinks to prepare you for the night ahead. But also make sure you don't get too wasted yourself or you might wake up with 'two' and not Beyonce.
