Back in 2014 excited parents to be Kyle and Danielle Williams had an ultrasound performed.
They were told they were expecting their second daughter.
The couple decided on the name Charlee.
When Danielle went into labour the most unexpected thing happened - she gave birth to a little boy!
Both Danielle and Kyle were shocked but nevertheless over the moon.
The couple decided to start planning a way to tell the family, as everyone was expecting a little girl.
When the grandparents walked in they asked Nana to change the diaper.
Her expression was priceless and, luckily, was caught on video by Kyle.
Throughout the day they continued to surprise family and friends and captured as many reactions on video as possible.
