How mad is this guy’s skill - and abs set!

It takes me all my time just keeping on the treadmill when getting my morning sweat on.

In fact, 1996 saw me take a not-so-graceful tumble off the back end of a treadmill while trying to casually look at the TV above the machine. It wasn't pretty. 

This, however, is so pretty and full of vibe. 

The music video is packed with charismatic punch and feels so Michael Jackson to me. 

 I think Bruno and Mark would love this....possibly a new gym tend?
