It's amazing how the body adapts. I'm the first to admit that I like easing into my mornings so initially getting to the gym first thing in the morning was difficult. It's like anything I guess. The initially steps in any project can be challenging but after a while it gets easier.
One of my favourite things about doing the programme at Prime is the fact that I am not staring into a mirror and seeing hulk flexing its muscles and grunting with every rep. Some enjoy that. Personally, having spent time in a gym some time ago where a few of the women could bench press two of me with ease, I can honestly say I don't miss the mirrors.
My blood pressure is recovering quicker than it was before after exercise and this is obviously a good sign. I haven't had my cholesterol checked since I started the programme but considering my diet I'm sure it's behaving itself.
