The Cobain Documentary cometh!
For many many years Jason has been an adoring fan of the late Kurt Cobain.
From the days at school where it was the supposedly in thing to have that teenage angst, to the anti establishment and anti jock long hair and old jerseys faze I went through with my friends at university, Kurt has been with me throughout my life. I can still remember being totally love struck with this one girl who was a psych major and after being rejected at high speed in front of many friends, how Kurt's hit Numb soothed the hurt in my old VW Golf 2's cassette tape driven speaker system.
Ahh the good old days.
Anyway, you can imagine my delight when I found out that a new documentary is on the verge of being released.
Kurt Cobain: Montage of Heck is going to be amazing. Just this trailer blows the inner angst right back into my ears, eyes and soul.
I want to pick up my guitar, learn Polly again and then smash it. Just because.
I miss my moments with Kurt.
As I write this I have Unplugged in New York blasting.
I cannot wait.
