Dale Steyn has been ruled out of the 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup, without even bowling a ball at the international showpiece tournament.

Dale Steyn is out of the World Cup.
A second shoulder injury, has ruled him out of bowling for the foreseeable future. He will be replace by Beuran Hendricks.#ECRCWC19
News from the South African camp is that Steyn picked up a second shoulder injury.

The fast bowler will now be packing his bags and preparing to leave the team.
