Zikalala responds to SOPA debate critics

KZN Premier Sihle Zikalala has hit out at critics who've said his State of the Province Address this year, contained nothing new.
Opposition political parties have accused him of repeating the same promises, saying his speech failed to mention consequence management for COVID-19 related corruption.
Zikalala responded to the criticism at the SOPA debate in the KZN Legislature yesterday.

He says KZN should be commended for the significant progress it's made in a number of areas.
"Let's not oppose each other for the sake of opposition."
"Page 10 to 13 spelt out all investments that are coming to KwaZulu-Natal. most of them except for one, an unhonorable member who comes here to mislead the public and say we said nothing is new. We were detailed to specifics."
