The nominations for the 89th Academy Awards are finally upon us. And the most coveted awards in Hollywood will no doubt see some of 2016's biggest blockbusters going head-to-head for Oscar glory, come awards night on February 26 - with late-night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel signed-on to host the prestigious awards show. With announcements being made today, it's also the first time that the nominations won't be presented at a live event with the media.
