Two-week countdown to 2018 matric exams
The KZN Education Department is urging matric pupils to ensure they're ready - for the 2018 matric final exams.
There are less than two weeks to go until the start of the exam period.
KZN was among the three worst performing provinces in 2017. Officials are hopeful they have turned their fortunes around this year.
Spokesperson, Muzi Mahlambi says it's important that pupils perform well in their final exams as space in tertiary institutions is limited.
"There are people out there who are ready to give bursaries if you do very well. At universities, spaces are very limited and they take people who have done very well," Mahlambi said.
