Two killed Mandeni head-on collision

Investigations are under way after a car crash in Mandeni left two people dead and several injured.
Emergency services responded to the head-on collision on Mandeni Link Road on Saturday afternoon.
IPSS Medical Rescue spokesperson Samantha Meyrick says a car carrying two people collided with another.
"The light-coloured motor vehicle was travelling with two occupants, sadly the collision left one woman deceased, and a second in a critical condition.

"The larger, dark-coloured vehicle was travelling with seven occupants. Sadly the driver sustained fatal injuries, while 6 sustained serious injuries.
"Patients were stabilised and treated on scene before being transported to various facilities by IPSS Medical Rescue."
