Task team probing fatal Pinetown N3 crash
KwaZulu-Natal Transport says a task team has been put together to investigate the accident on the N3 - that left four people dead yesterday.
A minibus taxi crashed into a stationery truck near Pinetown.
Three men and a woman died instantly. A further 14 people were injured.

Provincial transport spokesperson Kwanele Ncalane says they hope the probe will reveal whether there was any negligence involved.
"Our view on the conviction is that should it happen that one of the drivers was on the wrong side - we are advocating for a serious criminal case to be laid against the individual in question and the matter is expedited in court," Ncalane said.
