A funeral service has been planned for this Friday.
Turner, 33, was stabbed to death while on holiday with her family at an Eastern Cape Game Reserve last week.
Her husband, Matthew who was also stabbed, is due to be discharged from hospital on Wednesday.
He says they were attacked while they were sleeping by two knife wielding assailants. Their two-year-son was left unharmed.
Turner's brother, Ian Crouch says his brother-in-law is working with investigators.

"Matthew was able to get up and actually fight off his attacker on his side of the bed, and actually chase both attackers down the stairs. He also said that Karen managed to come down the stairs behind him, and neither really knew the extent of the attack and what happened.”
"Obviously she was very concerned about Hayden and asked Matthew to go and check on him. Once Matthew had checked on him, he found Karen had slipped away into an unconscious state. He was actually able to hold her,” says Crouch.
