Police Minister Bheki Cele says security has been beefed up as the ANC launches its election manifesto today.

The governing party will be hosting the Mayihlome rally at Moses Mabhida Stadium.
Over 70 000 ANC supporters are expected to attend, as the party looks to garner support
ahead of the polls on the 29th of May.
Meanwhile, the City's spokesperson, Gugu Sisilana, says law enforcement agencies will ensure the safety of delegates and road users.
"General parking will be at Mustering Fields.
A park-and-ride will be available from the Durban ICC for VIP delegates and members of the media.
Masabalala Yengwa Avenue (south and north bound) will be closed to traffic between Sandile Thusi Road and Simiso Nkwanyana Road.
All buses and minibuses will park at the Mustering Fields, Natal Command Site and overflow will be allowed at the Badminton Hall parking. This will allow attendees to gain access to the stadium with ease.
Colonel Zungu said motorists are advised to use alternate routes as traffic congestion is anticipated along the following roads: Isaiah Ntshangase (Walter Gilbert) Road, the M4 and N2, Sandile Thusi (Argyle) Road, Umgeni Road, Masabalala Yengwa (NMR) Avenue, Smiso Nkwanyana (Goble) Road, and Suncoast Boulevard.
