Two murder-accused escape from KZN police cells

Two suspected murderers are on the run with another suspect who escaped from police custody in Ekombe, in northern KwaZulu-Natal.
Officers are still investigating exactly how the men broke out of their holding cells on Wednesday.
They have been identified as murder-accused 27-year-old Nhlakanipho Nunuzana Dubazane and 38-year-old Mzikayise Khanyile as well as alleged house robber, 19-year-old Lindelani Majola.
SAPS spokesperson, Captain Nqobile Gwala says the men are regarded as dangerous.
A manhunt has begun and anyone who has spotted the men or knows where they are, is being urged to contact their local police station or Crime Stop on 08600 10111.
Meanwhile three of KwaZulu-Natal's most wanted criminals will appear in courts in Umlazi and Umbumbulu today on a string of charges, including robbery and murder.
The suspects have been linked to taxi violence in the province. They are due to apply for bail.
