Updated | By Nondumiso Zakwe
Social media has been abuzz all morning today as South Africans show support for the Springboks who kick off the Rugby World Cup this weekend.
The fans have been posting pictures of themselves wearing the Boks jersey and some carrying the SA flag, blowing vuvuzelas using the hashtags #Habashwee #BokFriday.
The Springboks are expected to kick off the tournament in Brighton tomorrow afternoon against Japan.
The campaign is being hosted in England.
Early this week, Boks head coach Heyneke Meyer named an experienced squad to face the Japanese in their opener. Juan de Villiers will be captaining the side.
Bismarck du Plessis and Tendai Mtawarira feature in tomorrow's showdown yet again.
The match kicks off at 5:45pm SA time.
Meanwhile, this evening, hosts England welcome Fiji in London to kick off the competition.
