Updated | By Nushera Soodyal
The CEO of the KZN Sharks Board, Mthokozisi Radebe says they've been offering as much support as they can to the families of the crew members who died off the Richards Bay coast this week.
He says preparations are underway for the men's funeral.
"What I have managed to do is to meet with all families. They are still in discussions. As soon as they have updated their arrangements, they will then inform us," Radebe said.
Two employees, including 45-year-old skipper Richard Gumede drowned when their boat capsized off Newark Beach on Wednesday morning.
Two other members are being treated in ICU, while the search for a fifth person's set to continue today.
The KZN Sharks Board says the group had gone out that morning to change shark safety gear.
