Phoenix residents have gathered at the Verulam Magistrate's Court, north of Durban demanding the man who allegedly murdered a Durban woman and her two daughters be denied bail.

The bodies of Jane Govindsamy and her daughters, Denisha and Nikita, were discovered in their flat on Friday.
Collin Pillay stands accused of the triple murder in Longcroft Drive last month.
The court is packed with family members. Outside, these residents do not want the suspect to be released.
