Reeva remembered on 32nd birthday
This comes as former Paralympian, Oscar Pistorius is expected to be released into correctional supervision on Friday.
Pistorius was sentenced to five years imprisonment for killing Steenkamp, he is expected to be released after spending 10 months in jail.
Reeva was shot dead by the track athlete at his Pretoria home on Valentine's Day in 2013. He claimed to have mistaken her for an intruder.
Reports say her parents, Barry and June were going to put red roses into the ocean near where her ashes were scattered.
On the day before her death she tweeted: 'What do you have up your sleeve for your love tomorrow??? #getexcited #ValentinesDay'
