PMB school reopens after parents protest over poor conditions
Updated | By Nomfundo Ngcobo
Teaching at Laduma High School in Mpumuza, in Pietermaritzburg is expected to resume this morning after the gates were shut last week.
Parents protested for two days over poor school conditions.
They also demanded to know how funds are being managed.
KZN Education's Muzi Mahlambi says Laduma is a no-fee school but it appears that pupils were asked to pay - and now those payments are missing. He says they're investigating the alleged misuse of funds.
