Two people are recovering in hospital after they plunged down a waterfall in the KZN Midlands area on Saturday afternoon.

A man and woman, both in their mid-thirties, were pulled out of the water by a witness to the incident at the Karkloof Falls.
Paramedics responded to the scene when a witness called in, saying that a man and woman had fallen down the short drop.
Netcare 911's Shawn Herbst says police will be investigating further.
"The male patient had fallen over, and the female patient had tried to grab the male patient as he was falling over. Unfortunately, the female patient went over with him. The male patient had sustained serious injuries and required advance life support intervention. The female patient had sustained moderate injuries."
