New uMngeni council set to meet again
Updated | By Xolani Khumalo

They accused suspended municipal manager Thembeka Cibane of trying to illegally preside over the election of office-bearers.
The DA last week went to the High Court to force the acting municipal manager to call a council meeting. The court ruled in the party's favour.
