Mutilated female body discovered in Berea

Police are investigating a case of murder after a woman’s mutilated body was discovered in Durban’s Berea area yesterday
Police say a passer-by made the gruesome discovery in Edith Benson Crescent, near the Durban Botanical Gardens, at around 10 in the morning.
Police spokesperson Nqobile Gwala confirmed the finding.
"The body was found mutilated and the motive for the killing is unknown at this stage," she said.
"A case of of Murder has been opened at Berea SAPS," Gwala said.
"No arrests have been made," she said.
