More suspects facing charges in KwaMashu murder

Three more suspects are due to appear in the Verulam Magistrate's Court today in connection with the death of a 23-year-old man in KwaMashu, north of Durban.
The suspects were arrested on Friday after Luyanda Shezi was kidnapped and later found murdered.
Forty-one-year-old Sipho Sithole has already appeared in court for his alleged role in the attack.
He'll line up alongside his three co-accused as they apply for bail today.

Police spokesperson, Nqobile Gwala says Shezi was kidnapped on June 13 from an industrial park in Phoenix.
"He was accused of being involved in criminal activities in the area. Shezi was assaulted with bushknives and shamboks and then taken to KwaMashu," she said.
