Mbali Ntuli refuses to rule out a return to politics

Former Democratic Alliance (DA) and KZN MPL member, Mbali Ntuli, has not ruled out a return to politics.

KwaZulu-Natal and the rest of the country woke up to the news that she had resigned from the DA and legislature.

Speaking to Newswatch, she said the current political landscape had become uninspiring, rigid and archaic. 


Ntuli believes a huge shake-up is on the cards, even as early as in the 2024 national elections.

"I think it's always a bad thing to say never, but I think there's a shake-up that's coming in the political realm in South Africa and I think that should excite all us. 


"We are all going to have to play our part if we want 2024 to be the final line in the sand where we say we are taking our country back."

"Anyone who really wants to be able to have a say in the political party system, even if not in a political sense if they can play their part we are going to see a very different outcome in 2024 and I'll be very excited to be part of that in any way."
