Marking of matric papers set to get underway
Preparations for the marking of matric exam scripts will begin this weekend.
Matrics sat for their Visual Arts exam and Music Comprehension Paper 2 which marked the last day of this year's final exam.
KwaZulu-Natal Department of Education spokesperson Muzi Mahlambi say from Sunday - the administration teams in all 27 marking centres in the province are going to start working.
He says senior markers are expected at the centres on Monday with marking commencing on Tuesday.
"There will be marking until around about December 18 after that we will do the collation of marks to verify those marks in terms of the process with uMalusi and then the results will be released on January 6 this year," he said.
