The four men accused of killing a northern KwaZulu-Natal municipal manager have had their case postponed until Monday so that they can apply for Legal Aid.
Mduduzi Dlamini, Phumlani Hlongwane, Mzwakhe Hlatswayo and Mseshi Dlamini appeared in the Ezakheni Magistrate's Court yesterday.
They are accused of killing Indaka municipal manager Sinatra Khumalo.
The 53-year-old was ambushed in Intshele in July.
