Gwede Mantashe admitted to hospital, days after testing positive for COVID-19

Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, Gwede Mantashe, has now been admitted to hospital, after he was diagnosed with COVID-19, last week.
The Presidency's released a statement saying 65-year-old Mantashe's family doctor advised him to go to the hospital, where his health can be monitored.
The Minister and his wife Nolwandle, who also tested positive for the virus have been self-quarantining at home.

The Presidency says they are confident of their recovery.
