Gareth Cliff speaks after court victory
Updated | By Jacaranda FM News
Radio and TV personality Gareth Cliff says he's pleased with the judgement handed down in the South Gauteng High Court this morning.

Judge Caroline Nicholls has ordered that M-Net reinstate him as an Idols judge with immediate effect.
Cliff was fired from the show after he commented on Twitter that some people just don't understand free speech.
His tweet came after south coast resident, Penny Sparrow sparked outrage with her Facebook post in which she called black beachgoers monkeys.
Cliff spoke outside the court following his victory.
"Eric says he thinks it was a forgone conclusion but we're thrilled. Obviously, from here, we're going to have to read through it properly and we will have a press conference tomorrow," he said.
His lawyer, Eric Mabuza says this is a victory for human rights.
"We've always been confident about the case. We've always seen this as a travesty of justice. This case indicates that everyone is equal before the law.
"It also indicates that human rights are human rights - you don't have black human rights or white human rights," he said.
