Fugitive Bushiris will lose SA home if no show in court

The fugitive Bushiris have been warned to show up at court on Thursday or risk losing their South African home.
The fraud-accused Shepard and his wife Mary skipped bail and fled to Malawi - claiming they fear for their safety.
Earlier today, the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court issued a warrant of arrest for the couple.
Government says officials are trying to establish how the couple managed to sneak out of the country just days after they were released from jail on bail.

Their property in Centurion is said to be worth over R5 million.
Hawks spokesperson Colonel Katlego Mogale, "Fugitive Shepard Bushiri and Mary Bushiri contravened their bail conditions when they failed to present themselves at the police station to confirm they are still in the country on Friday.
The Bushiri's bail has been cancelled thus forfeiting the R200 000 each which they had posted as bail. They will also forfeit their residence should they not present themselves before court on Thursday.
