Mabuyakhulu and his co-accused were earlier this year arrested on a slew of graft charges.

This in connection with what the State alleges was a dodgy deal - which in 2012 saw business people, their companies and politicians pocket millions that the KZN government had thrown at a music festival which didn't end up going ahead.

The case was before the Durban's Commercial Crimes Court today, when it was adjourned - once again.

The last time the case was before a magistrate, it was expected to be transferred to the city's High Court.

But the lawyers for some of the accused were requesting further particulars from the State and so it was adjourned to today.

Now the court's heard that the State has furnished those lawyers who had submitted requests, with the information they wanted.

But in the interim, it's received more requests for some of the other lawyers.

The case has had to be adjourned again - this time to next year - to allow the State time to respond to these new requests.
