Four shot dead in Western Cape
Four young people have been shot dead in what appears to have been a gang-related incident in Cape Town's suburb of Elsies River.
Three of the victims were children.

Witnesse say two men opened fire in a Wendy house last night, killing a 10-year-old girl, two 12-year-old boys and a 19-year-old man.The police's Novela Potelwa says the suspects then ran away.

"Immediately thereafter a search ensued. Two suspects were arrested. They are expected to appear in court soon," said Potelwa.The children's mothers, who were also wounded, ran to an adjoining block of flats for help.
