Netcare911's Chris Botha says three women and a man were among the dead.
"When we arrived there we found that this vehicle had rolled several times. Paramedics triaged all the injured, and found that four people had tragically died before our arrival due to the very severe injuries they had sustained, " he said.
Botha said paramedics treated the injured at the scene, before transporting them to local hospitals for further care.
