Five-year-old boys seriously hurt in Tongaat hit and run
Two small boys are in a critical condition after being struck by a vehicle in Tongaat in a hit and run incident.
It is believed the five year-old boys were playing in the yard of a home in Hambanathi this afternoon when the driver lost control of the car and ploughed into them.
Ajith Gareeb from IPSS Medical Rescue says the boy are receiving further medical care.
"We did stabilise them on scene and we've now we moved them through to Victoria Hospital for further stabilisation. The car ended up in the yard of the house," he said.
Police are looking for the driver.
