Family of Phoenix girl assaulted in shocking video want justice served
The father of the 4-year-old Phoenix girl who was severely beaten, allegedly by her mother and her partner, says he cannot explain how thankful he is she survived the assault.
The little girl was beaten so badly she was left unconscious.
The father's sister has been visiting the child in hospital.
