EFF student body to challenge decision on DUT student's death
The EFF Student Command says it will challenge the NPA's decision to withdraw the charges against the security guards - alleged to have shot DUT student - Mlungisi Madonsela.
Madonsela was shot during an apparent scuffle with the guards outside the Steve Biko campus earlier this year.
He died later in hospital.
The student command's Buntu Mtubeki says they are shocked and disappointed.
He says the security company's contract must be terminated.
