Durban pupils in court after viral sex video
The Durban Regional Court will decide tomorrow whether or not to grant bail to five boys implicated in a sex video at a high school in Durban.
A video of the incident, made the rounds on social media last week, showing the boys - aged between 15 and 21 - with a 15-year-old girl in and around the school premises.
The National Prosecuting Authority's Natasha Ramkisoon-Kara says the five appeared in court yesterday.
The others implicated are minors.
"The five accused in this matter appeared yesterday at the Durban court where they had a formal bail application. The decision in their bail application was adjourned until tomorrow for a decision by the magistrate," she said.
