Durban mom swindled out of R1,5 million by daughters

A Durban mother who was fleeced out of R1.5 million by her children says she hopes no other parent ever goes through the same thing.
Yesterday Zora Khan’s daughters, Anisa Sayed and Zaahidah Khan, were found guilty of theft for stealing the money her late husband had left her after his death in 2015. The sisters have been sentenced to five years in prison.
It has been suspended for five years on condition they pay their mother back by the end of October. Khan says it's been a stressful three years.
"I do not wish for this to happen to any mother", she sad.
"They did this after a time I needed them to be with me when I lost my husband - they have no mercy", Khan said.
