Updated | By Bernadette Wolhuter
A Durban dancer and choreographer who's been charged with the rape of a 14-year-old girl is out on bail.
The 31-year-old man was taken into custody on Monday. The State had opposed his bail application.
The accused is facing a Schedule 6 offence. And as such, in his application for bail - the onus fell on him to show exceptional circumstances warranting his release on bail in the interests of justice.
The court has found that he succeeded.
