Dlamini-Zuma to deliver last speech as AU chair at State of the Continent address

African Union Commission Chairperson, Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, will end her four-year tenure at the continental body with a State of the Continent media briefing in Durban, today.
It will be Dlamini-Zuma's last media address as chairperson of the African Union Commission.
She's been at the helm of the AUC since 2012 - when she was voted in by 37 heads of states, in Ethiopia.

She became the first woman to assume the position, pledging to focus her energies on helping to bring an end to conflict on the continent by 2063, and to building a prosperous Africa.
The address also comes as her name thrown in the hat as ANC president - with the ANCYL in KZN amongst her staunchest supporters.
