Cold front expected for KZN, SA Weather Service warns

A cold front's about to pass through KwaZulu-Natal.
Temperatures across the province have already plummeted to lows of minus three and minus four degrees Celsius in places like Newcastle, Ladysmith and Kokstad overnight.
The South African Weather Service says while it doesn't anticipate rainfall or snow, icy winds are set to sweep across parts of the province.
Forecaster Wiseman Dlamini says Underberg in the Midlands will experience the coldest weather.
Temperatures are expected to drop to minus 10 degrees Celsius.

"It looks like we will be having colder temperatures. To mention a few, Kokstad, Underberg is expecting a maximum of about eight to nine degrees.
"Areas like Umzimkhulu, Harding areas a maximum of about 12 degrees.
"Further interior in the northern parts of KZN, areas like Vryheid's expecting maximum of about 14 degrees. It looks like the western parts of KZN will be getting the coldest temperatures."
There'll be clear to cloudy conditions, with a high of 17 degrees in Durban and Richards Bay.
