ANC marks 104th year milestone
Updated | By Steve Bhengu
The ANC turns 104-years-old today.
The ruling party says all logistics are in place ahead of its anniversary celebrations in Rustenburg in the North West province tomorrow.
Organisers say more than 100 000 delegates are expected to gather for the event.
KZN provincial spokesperson, Mdumiseni Ntuli says some local party members will be attending proceedings.
He says the main message from the national event will then be carried down to provincial structures through various planned rallies.
"The province of KwaZulu-Natal has been the biggest province of the ANC in terms of the size of the membership and to a greater extent as well the size of the voting population that supports the party.
"So it's an important milestone for the organisation to celebrate 104 years of existence while continuing to grow," he said.
