ANC in KZN denies cabinet reshuffle claims
Updated | By Anelisa Kubheka
The office of the KZN premier has declined to comment on claims that a provincial cabinet reshuffle is on the cards.
In a statement yesterday the DA claimed the MECs of Economic Development, Education, Health, Agriculture and Arts and Culture would be let go.
The opposition party said ANC Chairperson Sihle Zikalala was behind the alleged reshuffle, a claim which the provincial ANC has rejected outright.
Premier's spokesperson Ndabe Sibiya says they will not comment on such matters.
"We would request that members of the media and the public at large take a cue from the ruling party which is the African National Congress. It would be definitely inappropriate for us to comment on matters of deployment," he said.
