Amy-Leigh de Jager kidnapping case postponed

The case against the three people who allegedly kidnapped little Amy-Leigh de Jager has been postponed until next week. The suspects are due back in court on the 19th of September.
Pieter Van Zyl (50), Leticia Nell (40) and Tharina Human (27) appeared in the Vanderbijpark Magistrate Court earlier today.
De Jager, who is in Grade R, was snatched from her mother outside Learskool Kollegpark last week.
The accused will all remain in custody.

The suspects allegedly demanded a R2-million ransom.

The case has been postponed for formal bail application. The State says it is still investigating the case and an identity parade is yet to be held.The accused will all remain in custody.
Amy-Leigh's parents, Wynand and Angeline de Jager were also in court. Angeline was unable to hold back the tears as the suspects made their appearance.
