3 Durban cops in court for alleged bribery
Updated | By Lauren Beukes
KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner, Khombinkosi Jula has warned corrupt cops their days are numbered.
This following the arrest of a 59-year-old captain and two warrant officers aged 39 and 43 in Durban on Monday.
It's alleged the three - who are from the National Intervention Unit - went to a business in Redhill where they found undocumented workers.
They apparently solicited a bribe from the employer in exchange for him not being arrested.
The business owner is said to have handed over some cash to the officers - but this was apparently not enough for them.

Officials say then they drove the man to a bank so he can withdraw more money.
The businessman alerted the bank manager who then called police and a case was opened.
The three cops are due in the dock in a Durban court on Tuesday.
Commissioner Jula has commended the arrests - saying it's only a matter of time before rogue officers are put behind bars.
