11 children treated in M19 Durban crash

Emergency services have treated eleven children - following a crash on the M19 between Blair Atholl and Mount Batten Drive, this morning.
A bakkie and car were both found in the right hand lane of the M19 with damage to both vehicles.
Meditech ER says the passengers - aged nine to fourteen - sustained minor to moderate injuries.
They were treated on scene and taken to nearby hospitals in the Pinetown area.

Meanwhile, the M19 was also affected by protest action. Protesters believed to be from the nearby informal settlement took to the streets near the Mountbatten turn-off.
