FEDHASA: Hospitality sector remains strong, for now amid virus fears
The Federated Hospitality Association of South Africa (FEDHASA) says the hospitality sector remains strong for now in the wake of 13 cases of COVID-19 in the country.
The hospitality association says it hasn't seen big changes to bookings at tourism attractions - since Thursday.
Travel and tourism in parts of the world have taken a severe knock with global travel advisories issued for countries like China, South Korea and Italy - which remains in lock-down.

Charles Preece who's with FEDHASA in KwaZulu-Natal says businesses could start feeling the impact of the virus.
"People are getting into quite a state about it, so I guess it will impact on people travelling, going to restaurant and so forth."
"It doesn't really have to at this stage, as long as people take all the necessary precautions, make sure their hygiene is of the highest standard and report themselves and confine themselves if they find themselves in anyway unwell."
