Victoria Beckham addresses Brooklyn Beckham family feud

The Spice Girls singer says she has always tried to do her best as a parent.
Victoria Beckham is breaking her silence following a public spat with her eldest son, Brooklyn Beckham.
The fashion designer and singer has made a rare comment on the family's feud after Brooklyn put both his parents on blast.
“We’ve always tried to be the best parents that we can be,” the 52-year-old told The Wall Street Journal.
"We’ve been in the public eye for more than 30 years right now, and all we’ve ever tried to do is protect our children and love our children. And you know, that’s all I really want to say about it.”
In January, Brooklyn shared a lengthy statement on his Instagram Story accusing Victoria and David Beckham of trying to ruin his relationship with his wife, billionaire heiress Nicola Peltz.
“My parents have been trying endlessly to ruin my relationship since before the wedding, and it hasn’t stopped," he wrote.
“I do not want to reconcile with my family. I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life.”
Brooklyn also denied claims that he was being controlled by his wife.
The aspiring chef also appears to have fallen out with his younger siblings, Romeo and Cruz.
Their 14-year-old sister Harper had a close relationship with Brooklyn and Nicola, but he reportedly does not follow her on social media either.
Despite Brooklyn's public statement, Victoria and David continued to show their son love on social media. They both took to Instagram in March to wish him a happy birthday.
"Happy birthday, Bust. Love you," the former Manchester United footballer wrote. Victoria said, "Happy 27th birthday, Brooklyn. I love you so much."
Some of the family's famous friends, including British chef Gordon Ramsay, have also tried reaching out to Brooklyn. He told The Sun in February that Posh and Becks, as the couple is called, are good parents.
“Brooklyn and I have messaged a little bit, our relationship is solid. I love him – his heart is incredible,” Ramsay said.
“He’s desperate to forge his own way, and I respect that from him. It’s such a good thing to do. But remember where you came from. And honestly, one day you’re not going to have your mum and dad, and you need to understand that.
