Sun Met 2018: The ten best celebrity looks

The Kenilworth Racecourse in Cape Town was the place to be on Saturday.

A-list stars from all over the country flocked to the "Mother City" to attend the 2018 Sun Met.

Miss Universe Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters, who is in South Africa for her homecoming tour, was a special guest at the event.

But she wasn't the only beauty queen in attendance. 

Current Miss South Africa Adè van Heerden wore a sexy blue number designer by Gert Johan Coetzee. 

Miss South Africa 2011 Melinda Bam wore a vibrant yellow dress - an outfit she designed with Ciska Barnard Couture. 

"Proud to wear this 1st of an exciting range of collaborations between myself @melindabam & @ciska_barnard couture! ... #watchthisspace," Melinda wrote on Instagram. 

Miss World 2014 Rolene Strauss bucked the glamarous gown trend. She instead wore an elegant jumpsuit, which was custom made by designer Odette Gomes. 

Ayanda Thabethe, Minnie Dlamini, and Dineo Moeketsi also turned heads in stunning outfits.
